 Last Post: Reg.#32554, Corporal D. B. 'Dave' Coupland

'Friends Not Forgotten'

Early yesterday morning, RCMP Deacon Pierre Belanger said: "I received a call today from Keith Coupland advising of the passing of Dave this morning (May 22, 2012) at the age of 64.

Dave's funeral will be held this Saturday, May 26, 2012 at 13:00 hrs. in the Sacred Place at Beechwood Cemetery. Visitations at 12 noon and a reception will follow the Celebration of Life at 14:00 hrs. at Beechwood reception area.  

Members are invited to attend in Regimental Blazers. As burial will be private and out of town there will be no need for pall bearers.'

Corporal Coupland joined the Force in 1975 and he retired as a Corporal after 30 years of service most of which was between 'A' Division and 'HQ' Division.  He had previously served in Victoria B.C. and Prince George before coming to 'HQ' where at the time of his retirement he was serving in NSIS.

Dave retired in 2005. He was living in Ottawa, Ontario.
