Edmonton Div Vets advise that;
Reg.#43362 (Rtd) Cpl. Ray Arcand died Nov 7, 2009 near Enoch, Alberta.
Cpl. Arcand served from 1971 to 1991 as a S/Cst, then he was promoted to Cst. to 2005 in 'K' Div, retiring from Aboriginal Policing at Edmonton.
He had been Chief of Alexander First Nation but did not run in most recent election because of his illness.
