Civilian Member Jean-Paul Rioux

RIOUX, Jean-Paul -- It is with great sorrow that the Rioux family announces the passing of Jean-Paul Rioux on Sunday, February 27th, 2011 at age of 67.

Beloved husband of Carmen Marleau of Hammond. Dear father of Pierre (Veronique Beland) of Rockland and Luc (Ashlee Morgan) of Prince George, B.C. Loving grandfather of Noah and his twin brothers Jeremy and Mathias. Brother of Rebecca (Rino Michaud) of St-Catherines, Laurie (Adrian Stone) of Kaleden B.C., Huguette (the late Jean-Guy Arcand) of Sturgeon Falls, Pierrette (Jim Brant) of Kitchener, Rosemarie Gingras of Ottawa, Lynda (the late Paul Fagan) of Moncton and Micheline (Rheal Gagne) of Thunder Bay.

Will be fondly remembered by many in-laws Yvon and Louise Marleau, Marie-Paule and Hector Roberge, Jean-Guy Ayotte (the late Madeleine) all of Sturgeon Falls, Roger and Sandra Marleau of North Bay, many nieces and nephews that he admired very much.

Jean-Paul worked 27 years for the RCMP (Special ''I'', 'A' Division).

Donations may be made to CHEO, 415 Smyth Rd., Ottawa, Ont., K1H 8M8. Funeral Service will be held at St-Mathieu church Hammond, Ont. on Saturday, March 5th, 2011 at 11 a.m. You may express your condolences to the family on Friday, March 4th, 2011 from 2 - 4 and 7 - 9 p.m. at THEO BRUNET & SONS FUNERAL HOME 2419 Laurier Street Rockland, Ont.
