Vancouver Div Vets advise that;
Reg.#18148 former Cst. James Henry Sowden died Dec 27, 2009 at West Vancouver, BC.
Cst. Sowden served from 1953 to 1962 in 'K' Div. He then worked for Alberta Corrections and in 1971 he went with BC Tel Security.
