Reg.#4135, Constable William Harold Carter

'Friends Not Forgotten'

William 'Bill' Harold Carter was born in 1882 and he joined the NWMP in 1903. After spending a career of about twenty-one years in 'K' Div., he retired and  moved to Hudson Hope, BC.

Constable Carter died in Fort St. John, BC in 1964. He is buried in the Pioneer Cemetery in Hudson Hope.
