Victoria Div Vets advise that;
Reg.#17911 (Rtd) S/Sgt. John Hugh David MacDowell died April 16, 2010 at Victoria, BC.
S/Sgt. MacDowell served from 1952 to 1978 in 'K', 'M', 'O', 'H' and 'HQ' Div. He retired from Security Service.
