  1. I am the Regimental Sergeant Major of the Lethbridge Police Service. I am trying to find any living relatives or any information possible on A/Sgt Smith.

I know that Paul SMITH was a member of the South African Constabulary during the Boer War for approx 6 Years. He joined the RNWMP – Reg #4885 May 11 1909 enrolled ST John NB – Discharged May 9 1912 Fort Saskatchewan AB.
Paul Smith joined Lethbridge Police force on Nov 1 1912
At the time of his death he was engaged to be married a woman “from the old country”

His Father lived in St Thomas Ont
He had a brother and sister “somewhere” in the west
His sister was left a $2000 life insurance policy with Metropolitan life
He was a member of Woodman of America and the Church of England

I am looking for any leads on where to look ff a living relative for A/Sgt Smith.
