Edmonton Div. Vets advise that;
Reg.#44614 (Rtd) Cst. Thomas Charles Jeans died January 17, 2010 at Stony Plain, Alberta.
Cst. Jeans served 21 years in the RCN. He joined the Force in 1982 at the rank of S/Cst. In 1993, he was promoted to Cst. and he served in that rank in 'K' Div. until 1999.
