Phil Mantha, Reg. #15636 & O.0666, died March 16th, 2011 at 10h30, in Orléans, Ontario.
A service will be held next Monday in Orléans in the St-Joseph Parish on Blvd St-Joseph, Orleans.
He will be buried in St-André Avelin Parish in Quebec later this year. Funeral service details will be forthcoming.
